Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

Foreground is operated by Dizid Web Development ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Foreground, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. What Foreground does

Foreground asks AI search tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Grok, each queried directly through its own provider's API with web search) the questions a business's chosen customer niches would ask, counts how often the business is named, and shows who is named instead, the pages the AI read, and a suggested action plan you can track over time. 3. Plans and billing

Foreground offers a Free plan (limited to one company and a small number of total scans, no credit card required), a Starter plan ($49/month, one company, up to a fair-use limit of scans per calendar month) and a Pro plan ($129/month for new subscribers — existing subscribers keep their prior price until they cancel or resubscribe, unlimited companies, up to a fair-use limit of scans per calendar month). Starter and Pro are billed on a recurring monthly basis and managed through Stripe. Buyers in the euro area pay the same amounts in euros (€49 and €129 a month). Switching between Starter and Pro changes your existing subscription, and Stripe charges or credits the prorated difference. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide partial-period refunds except where required by law.

4. The done-for-you fix (€950)

You can also ask us to do the work for you: a one-off fix for €950 excluding VAT. We work on your website (up to 5 pages), your Google Business Profile and up to 3 free directory listings, and measure again 4 to 6 weeks later. We send an invoice, to be paid by bank transfer within 14 days; we start once the payment is in. The fix includes one round of revisions. We can't promise that any AI will name your business afterwards, and the fee isn't refunded. If the new measurement shows little change, we measure again for free after 3 months and do an extra round of work of up to 3 hours, also free.

5. Results are informational, not guaranteed

A result counts how often AI answers name your business. A negative or comparative mention still counts as named. Each scan is a single point-in-time check of live AI model outputs that Foreground doesn't control, and we can't guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or consistency; answers change between runs. Foreground measures; it doesn't promise that any AI will name your business. Use results and action plans as a directional signal for your own work, not as a certified or warrantied measurement. Any advice generated is provided as-is and should be evaluated using your own judgment before you act on it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Foreground to scan or track a business without a legitimate reason for doing so (e.g. your own business or a competitor analysis).
• Attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or authentication.
• Use the service to send abusive, illegal, or harmful content through our systems (including via company names, categories, or competitor fields).
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

8. Limitation of liability

Foreground is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including business decisions made based on a results or advice Foreground produced. Our total liability for any claim related to Foreground is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You can stop using Foreground and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. If changes are material, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Foreground after a change means you accept the updated terms.
